I recently had two HVAC units installed in my home by Dual Temp Home Services, and I have to say, they exceeded my expectations in every way. Service was excellent. The technician Patrick Boyle showed up on time, check over other contractors work to make sure it was right, install the new part continued to make sure everything was correct before adding the refrigerant. He also explained everything that he was doing to me and answer all my question in detail, and I had a lot of questions. Would recommend to anybody needing HVAC work.

Absolutely incredible experience. First HVAC company to ask me if my airflow is comfortable. They did a thorough review and adjusted the dampers to provide better air flow and comfort. They did a really nice job installing a new humidifier for me. And also they installed a Reme Halo Air Purification in my home. They were professional and clean. Highly recommend.

Patrick was very professional in his time at my house. Went over my system to troubleshoot the issues I was having with my ac unit. Gave me a great description of what happened and options to repair. He also found an issue with my propane water heater that was a potential safety concern and I was able to get that resolved. It was still under warranty from our plumber so with Patrick find he was able to solve the issue. It was lucky I made the call to Dual Temp for Service.
David called to ask if he could arrive a little earlier than he was expected. He was coming to do my routine yearly service on my furnace. Once he was there he did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend Dual Temp!
