Cliff joined Dual Temp in 1999 and has spent more than 40 years in HVAC, working across engineering, estimating, wholesale distribution, equipment sales, and management. He leads our pre-construction and estimating team with a focus on design build projects, and he reviews price points on every project we bid. A lifelong Lehigh Valley resident, Cliff is happily married to his wife Tina and has five children and three grandchildren. In his spare time he travels and plays as much golf as he can.

Jerry runs operations for our Construction division. He joined Dual Temp in 2026 after working as an Operations Manager in natural gas. His job is supporting his team and making sure Construction delivers quality work on every project we take on. Away from the office, Jerry’s wife and two boys are his purpose, and everything he does is for them. He is also president of his local Little League, where much of his time goes toward giving the kids and parents in his community the best baseball experience possible.

Sean leads Dual Temp’s Building Automation division, the team that makes commercial buildings run efficiently through controls and system integration. He joined in 2007 after 30 years as an HVAC service technician and electrician, so there is not much in a mechanical room he has not seen. His focus now is growing the department, keeping the team ahead on technology, and running the business with integrity. Outside of work, Sean is a winemaker, viticulturist, and winery owner. He is a husband, a father of five boys, and the owner of a border collie named Johnny Cash.

John has been in commercial HVAC since 1998. He joined Dual Temp in 2012 on the service side and became Lead Programmer for the controls division in 2019. In 2022 he left to work in industrial cybersecurity, protecting the kind of systems he had spent his career building, and came back to Dual Temp in 2025 as Advanced Systems Lead. He stepped into his current role in June. Outside of work, John is in the gym six days a week and spends his free time skiing, running, and chasing a new interest in golf.

Joe runs Dual Temp Home Services, the residential side of the business. He joined in 2024 and brings more than 22 years of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing experience to the division. Joe leads a team of 10 and holds them to a simple standard: be honest with the homeowner, do professional work, and build a division people in the Valley trust. He is a serious sports fan who spends his off time outdoors with his family and his dogs.

Dottie has been Dual Temp’s Controller since 2000, following her work as Accounting Manager for a residential HVAC company. She monitors cash flow and oversees payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, which means most of the money moving through Dual Temp crosses her desk. Outside of work, Dottie spends her time with family and friends, her three exceptional granddaughters, and her dog Bowie.

Irene has led human resources at Dual Temp since 2014. Before that she was a Human Resources Manager for an eCommerce company, building her background in employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, and organizational development. In a normal week she is meeting with employees across the company, working through problems, supporting our managers, and interviewing candidates to find people who are the right fit for our team. Outside of work, Irene spends her time with her family and her dogs, and she is a regular at the gym.

Charles keeps Dual Temp’s technology running. He joined in 2018 after time at Geek Squad, where he built a foundation in hands-on troubleshooting, hardware repair, and helping people make sense of their tech. In a normal week he maintains our core systems, resolves escalated technical issues, and walks team members through software and hardware questions. Charles grew up in Central Jersey in a close-knit family and now calls Emmaus home. His free time goes to automotive maintenance and building custom PCs for retro and modern gaming.
