Outstanding service and top notch customer service. Patrick came over was super friendly and very professional. He explained all my issues and options to get my home running safely again. Technician responded quickly on a holiday and we scheduled for a repair the next day. He was commutative and friendly through out the repair process as well as a problem solver when faced with a change. Pricing was more than fair!

I recently had a great experience with Dual Temp. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. Joe, the sales manager, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He came out the same day to give us quotes on both a tankless and a regular water heater, taking the time to carefully explain the pros and cons of each option. Once we decided on the best option for our home, David came out the next day to handle the installation. He was punctual, very clean in his work, and incredibly thorough. We have been using Dual Temp for several years now and we are very satisfied with the service. Reactionary maintenance and/or emergency items are hard to manage from a remote site. Dual Temp does a GREAT JOB of taking care of our maintenance needs and they react in a timely manner.

I recently had two HVAC units installed in my home by Dual Temp Home Services, and I have to say, they exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m not easily pleased, but from start to finish, their team went above and beyond. The installers were professional, efficient, and took great care to keep my house clean. They were also mindful of my pets, which I truly appreciated!

Service was excellent. The technician Patrick Boyle showed up on time, check over other contractors work to make sure it was right, install the new part continued to make sure everything was correct before adding the refrigerant. He also explained everything that he was doing to me and answer all my question in detail, and I had a lot of questions. Would recommend to anybody needing HVAC work.

Excellent company for a commercial property

we were on vacation when our air conditioner went on the fritz with only our dog sitter at our house. We called Dual Temp and they got a guy out there the next morning to work on it. The technicians name was Patrick, who is definitely accredited, his profession, very professional and friendly, got our system up and running in no time answered all our questions Any potential problems that we have that need to be addressed.
