The technician was very professional. I had annual service on my AC, furnace and water heater. The tech reviewed findings with me and discussed options. He gave honest feedback even when the answer was probably not worth it considering the expected life of my water heater. That showed they are a company you can trust. Not one that just looks to sell unnecessary modifications. Very pleased and will continue to use their services .

Although we weren’t able to solve the problem during his visit, Patrick was very helpful in explaining the issue and course of action needed.

We moved into an old home with an old oil furnace that we knew was on its way out. Joe, David, and crew were great and replaced our old furnace with a new one. We had only one issue which was that the additional room that was added onto this house in 2010 didn’t include a way to bleed out the baseboards. They found a solution and fixed the issue. Dual temp is a great company with great people!

He came out the same day to give us quotes on both a tankless and a regular water heater, taking the time to carefully explain the pros and cons of each option. We have only been working with Dual Temp for approximately two months, but we cannot say enough good things about them.
