we were on vacation when our air conditioner went on the fritz with only our dog sitter at our house. We called Dual Temp and they got a guy out there the next morning to work on it. The technicians name was Patrick, who is definitely accredited, his profession, very professional and friendly, got our system up and running in no time answered all our questions Any potential problems that we have that need to be addressed. We have only been working with Dual Temp for approximately two months, but we cannot say enough good things about them. Our commercial building has a unique HVAC system, to say the least, and we have already had several occasions on which we have had to make service requests. Dual Temp responds to calls and emails quickly and keeps the customer updated of progress. Nate and his great team of techs—specifically, Noah, Jeff, Bill and the other Noah—are all knowledgeable and very relatable when sharing information and options. It was a very lucky day for us when we connected with Bob, our Dual Tech salesperson, who is diligent about keeping in touch to ensure our needs are being met. Dual Temp now has our finicky HVAC equipment up and running, and we are most appreciative!
I recently called Dual Temp to fix a broken hose faucet outside my house. I couldn't be happier with the service! Patrick arrived promptly, fixed the issue in no time, and was incredibly polite. He made sure the work was done neatly and left everything spotless. I again have water outside my house! A great experience! I'll definitely use them again!
After using another company to try to figure out an issue with our mini splits over the course of several visits, we called Dual Temp - they sent 2 people out the same morning who identified the issue within an hour, explained how the whole system worked, and explained the needed repairs. Technician responded quickly on a holiday and we scheduled for a repair the next day. He was commutative and friendly through out the repair process as well as a problem solver when faced with a change. Pricing was more than fair!
