I recently had a great experience with Dual Temp. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. Joe, the sales manager, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He came out the same day to give us quotes on both a tankless and a regular water heater, taking the time to carefully explain the pros and cons of each option. Once we decided on the best option for our home, David came out the next day to handle the installation. He was punctual, very clean in his work, and incredibly thorough. It was clear he took pride in doing the job right. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Absolutely incredible experience. First HVAC company to ask me if my airflow is comfortable. They did a thorough review and adjusted the dampers to provide better air flow and comfort. They did a really nice job installing a new humidifier for me. And also they installed a Reme Halo Air Purification in my home. They were professional and clean. Highly recommend.
