I recently called Dual Temp to fix a broken hose faucet outside my house. I couldn't be happier with the service! Patrick arrived promptly, fixed the issue in no time, and was incredibly polite. The technician was very professional. I had annual service on my AC, furnace and water heater. The tech reviewed findings with me and discussed options. He gave honest feedback even when the answer was probably not worth it considering the expected life of my water heater. That showed they are a company you can trust. Not one that just looks to sell unnecessary modifications. Very pleased and will continue to use their services .
