David D'Agostino was very thorough, professional and knowledgeable about my furnace and heat pump. He explained about the failed part, gave me the option to replace or wait. Great service call. I will have Dual Temp and hopefully, David, for future maintenance.

Our furnace decided to give us a problem and stop working on one of the coldest days of the year!!! I frantically called/left messages with numerous HVAC companies who either couldn’t help us because we weren’t regular customers or couldn’t get to us for at least two days! Our technician David returned my call, got info he needed to see if he could help and got back to me immediately to say he had the part and could be here in 30 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. Our furnace was repaired quickly and kicking out heat again. Price was also much lower than others for emergency call. We are very pleased and highly recommend.

Wow, what a great experience! I had Dual Temp install a Tankless Hot Water Heater in my home. The entire experience and crew was tip top from 1st inquiry call to final install. We have only been working with Dual Temp for approximately two months, but we cannot say enough good things about them. Our commercial building has a unique HVAC system, to say the least, and we have already had several occasions on which we have had to make service requests.
