Brandon,
I am reaching out to introduce our company and express our interest in partnering with McCownGordon on future mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing projects in Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Since 1970, we have served the commercial construction industry as a full-service mechanical contractor, delivering HVAC and plumbing work with a commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and dependable project execution. Over the past five decades, we have earned the trust of owners, general contractors, and facility managers by consistently completing projects on time and providing responsive service before, during, and after construction.
Given how your team measures trade partners, I will start with safety. Our current EMR is .832.
What usually matters when you are deciding who to invite:
- We self perform. HVAC and mechanical construction, sheet metal fabricated in our own shop, pipefitting with 6G certified welders, plumbing, process piping, and controls programmed and commissioned by our own people. Less subcontracting under us means fewer coordination gaps and a schedule that holds.
- NFPA 99 certified for medical gas. Licensed for HVAC and plumbing in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and for HVAC in Delaware.
- We take on specialty scope most mechanical contractors sub out. Cleanrooms, labs, process piping, controlled environments, critical systems, and imaging suites. That range lines up with the healthcare and life sciences work in your portfolio.
- Revit/BIM coordination and clash detection before crews mobilize, which should map cleanly onto how your Virtual Design and Construction group already runs a job.
- We bid design build, design assist, and plan and spec. On plan and spec we do a real plan review and bid to the design intent rather than around it.
The enclosed capabilities piece also covers our building automation and commercial service groups. For an owner, that means one company can build the system, program it, and maintain it. For you, it means fewer parties to coordinate at startup and closeout.
I know McCownGordon’s offices are in Kansas City, Manhattan, Wichita, and Plano, so I am not writing about a project on your board today. I am writing so that when work does come up in our region, you already know who we are.
