Job Description

Are you ready to join OUR TEAM!? Dual Temp is looking for an experienced Outside Sales candidate to join our team! He/she will be responsible for aggressively growing incremental Service Dept revenue and increasing market shareYou will be tasked with selling Service Agreements and opening the door for Replacement Projects.

Dual Temp is a Full-Service Mechanical Contractor performing commercial, industrial, and institutional projects expanding in the NJ market. Capabilities include design, installation, and SERVICE of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration (HVAC/R), Plumbing, and Building Automation (ATC) systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience in Sales or related field
  • No prior HVAC experience needed – but is a PLUS

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience in the industrial, commercial market
  • Experience selling to facility managers, maintenance managers, facility engineers, property managers, etc. (the person who is the decision maker for HVAC maintenance and replacements)
  • Strong Sales skills: 3-6 months average sales cycle, territory must be developed and nurtured
  • Experience with cold calling and customer prospecting – relationship driven sales approach
  • Organizational, planning, and presentation skills required
  • Creative thinking and a flexible team player attitude
  • Demonstrated working understanding of the customer relationship process and a record of mid to senior level customer contacts – B2B development sales experience
  • Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) skills and be able to present complex business plans and topics (pricing or service strategies)
  • The motivation to succeed and an entrepreneurial spirit – must have initiative & be self-driven
  • **Ability to climb ladders (30-40 ft) and lift equipment (up to 75lbs)** – individual must be physically capable of evaluating prospective landscape to sell DT Company’s services

Responsibilities

  • Develop /maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to drive sales growth.
  • Conduct cold calls and prospect new business opportunities.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with management on account strategies and marketing initiatives.
