Lighting Systems We Automate
Lighting Automation That Works With Your Entire Building
Our lighting control scope includes occupancy and vacancy sensing, daylight harvesting, scheduled on/off and dimming, zone control, and exterior lighting management. We integrate these controls into your BAS platform so lighting operates in coordination with HVAC scheduling, not independently.
When an occupancy sensor detects an empty conference room, the lights dim or shut off and the HVAC system adjusts the zone setpoint. When daylight sensors detect sufficient natural light near the perimeter, electric lighting dims proportionally. These coordinated responses are only possible when lighting and HVAC share a common automation platform, and that integration is what our team delivers.
We design lighting control systems that meet ASHRAE 90.1, IECC, and local energy code requirements for automatic shutoff, daylight-responsive controls, and occupancy-based switching. Compliance is built into the design, not added as an afterthought during inspection.
What Makes Our Lighting Controls Different
Lighting Integrated With the Building, Not Bolted On
Coordinated With HVAC for Real Energy Savings
Standalone lighting controls save energy on lighting. Lighting controls integrated with your BAS save energy on lighting and HVAC simultaneously. Occupancy data shared between systems means unoccupied zones reduce both lighting and conditioning, compounding savings that isolated systems can’t deliver.
One Platform, One Interface
Facility teams shouldn’t need to manage lighting from one system and HVAC from another. Our lighting controls operate within the same BAS front-end as your HVAC, scheduling, alarm management, and energy monitoring. One login, one interface, one point of support.
Energy Code Compliance Built In
ASHRAE 90.1 and IECC requirements for automatic shutoff, daylight responsiveness, and occupancy controls are design requirements, not add-ons. Our engineering team incorporates code-compliant lighting control strategies from the start, ensuring your project passes inspection without costly retrofits.
Open-Protocol Integration
We connect lighting controls through open protocols (BACnet, DALI) that allow future expansion and integration with any qualified contractor. No proprietary platforms that lock you into a single vendor for the life of the system.
