Most commercial buildings run more than one kind of heat. A boiler feeds perimeter radiation while rooftop units handle the open floor, unit heaters cover the warehouse, and a heat pump serves the addition built in 2015. When the building gets cold, the cause could sit in any of them, and calling separate contractors for each system wastes the hours you do not have in January.
Our technicians diagnose and repair all of it: combustion and safety circuits on boilers and furnaces, hydronic distribution and circulators, gas heat sections in packaged rooftop units, reversing valves and defrost controls on heat pumps, and the controls sequencing that ties them together. We carry ignition components, flame sensors, gas valves, and circulator pumps on the truck, so the majority of no-heat calls close on the first visit.

Hydronic, Gas-Fired, and Electric Heat

Boilers & Hydronic Heating
Fire-tube, water-tube, and condensing boilers with the pumps, zone valves, and expansion tanks that distribute the heat. Repeated lockouts, cold zones, and dropping system pressure are the three calls we take most. We run full combustion analysis and safety control testing, then verify the loop itself rather than stopping at the boiler.
Rooftop Gas Heat & Makeup Air
Gas heat sections in packaged rooftop units, makeup air units, and direct-fired heaters. Delayed ignition, flame sensor failures, and gas pressure problems produce the hard-start banging and intermittent lockouts that eventually crack a heat exchanger. We measure flame sensor output and manifold pressure and correct the root cause before it becomes a heat exchanger replacement.
Heat Pumps, Unit Heaters & Electric Heat
Air-source heat pumps running on auxiliary heat they should not need, gas and electric unit heaters in warehouses and shops, cabinet and baseboard heat, and infrared tube heaters. Heat pump work covers reversing valves, defrost control, and refrigerant charge. Unit heater work covers ignition, gas valves, thermostats, and fan controls.
