Dual Temp is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts and help attract top talent across our organization. This role works closely with department leaders to identify hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and manage the hiring process from sourcing through offer acceptance.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting experience preferred
- Bachelorโs degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting
- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)
Requirements
Full Cycle Recruiting
- Manage the recruiting process from sourcing through hiring
- Create and track candidates through the hiring pipeline
- Review resumes and screen candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Assist with job offers and compensation discussions
- Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs
- Help define hiring priorities and goals
- Develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Identify and utilize multiple recruiting sources
- Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, social media, professional networks, and referrals
- Build relationships with local schools and training programs
- Attend job fairs and recruiting events
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Write and maintain job descriptions
- Manage job postings and recruiting platforms
- Track recruiting metrics and advertising effectiveness
- Maintain the Employment Opportunities section of the company website
- Support employer branding through social media and digital content
