Job Description
Dual Temp Co. is a growing commercial HVAC, Plumbing, and Piping contractor serving Eastern PA, Western NJ, and Northern DE. We deliver complex mechanical systems on projects ranging from $200K–$9M, and we’re building a company where top trades professionals can grow real careers.
We’re seeking a Construction Operations Manager ready to step into a leadership role and help drive execution, profitability, and team development across our construction operations.

Qualifications
- 5+ years in commercial or industrial construction
- (GC, CM, or trade contractor experience welcome)
- Understanding of:
- Project financials (WIP, revenue projections, billing)
- Staffing & scheduling
- Field operations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Team leadership & mentoring
- Scheduling & logistics
- Financial awareness
- Vendor coordination
- Conflict resolution
- Operational efficiency mindset
Requirements
- Lead day-to-day construction operations
- Oversee staffing, training, and team development
- Support hiring across field and admin roles
- Manage materials, equipment logistics, and fabrication shop coordination
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and operational risks
- Partner with project teams to support profitability
- Ensure licensing, certifications, and apprenticeship compliance
- Oversee CAD preconstruction coordination
- Collaborate with billing to support strong cash flow
- Drive leadership development within the field team
