Qualifications
- 2 – 5+ Yearsโ experience in the HVAC controls industry or Schooling Equivalent
- Familiarity with LonWorks, BACnet, and or Modbus open communications protocols
- MUST BE Niagara AX or N4 Framework Certified
- A strong background with Windows OS
Responsibilities
- Interpret and implement mechanical and control drawings and project documents
- Program microprocessors for initial commissioning, tune of control loops and calibration of sensors
- Commission operation of mechanical system equipment and sensors via the control system
- Identify deficiencies with points, equipment, and systems
- Set up and install communication devices for remote operations: PCโs, routers, switches, repeaters, VPN, etc.
- Coordinate with customer IT departments for data base connectivity, remote access, & other IT infrastructure needs
- Ensure all as-built and record drawings, sketches, and wiring changes are returned for updating
- Instruct customer or end-user on system operation
- Promote, maintain, and enhance new and existing customer relationships
- Participate in education and training programs in electronic controls and energy conservation Programming
- Assist TAB, Commissioning and Service Technicians in verification of their system testing when required
- Setup, program, and configure GUI/ host workstations
- Panel fabrication, wire termination and wire installation as needed
