Underground work is where coordination matters most, and where mistakes are most expensive to fix. Our underground piping is laid out using 3D BIM coordination and laser-guided positioning, ensuring accurate placement before concrete is poured. That precision carries through the entire rough-in and trim-out sequence — risers, mains, branch lines, and final fixture connections are all installed by the same crew that started the job.
Where projects require it, our plumbing team also installs specialty systems including medical gas piping (certified to NFPA 99), acid waste and neutralization systems for laboratory environments, and high-purity water distribution for pharmaceutical and biotech facilities. These installations require specific certifications, specialized materials, and rigorous testing protocols — capabilities we maintain in-house rather than subcontracting out.
Every installation is coordinated with our sheet metal, pipefitting, controls, and HVAC/R crews through a shared BIM model, which eliminates cross-trade conflicts before they reach the field.
