Patrick was considerate and professional in installing our new hot water heater. It was a pleasure dealing with Patrick and everyone at Dual Temp.

We moved into an old home with an old oil furnace that we knew was on its way out. Joe, David, and crew were great and replaced our old furnace with a new one. We had only one issue which was that the additional room that was added onto this house in 2010 didn’t include a way to bleed out the baseboards. They found a solution and fixed the issue. Dual temp is a great company with great people!

We have been using Dual Temp for several years now and we are very satisfied with the service. Reactionary maintenance and/or emergency items are hard to manage from a remote site. Dual Temp does a GREAT JOB of taking care of our maintenance needs and they react in a timely manner.

From the text to inform me that he was on his way, to a follow-up phone call to explain what work was preformed. Dual Temp is a dependable and customer focused organization. They quickly respond and the scheduling process is user friendly. Patrick has been to our home on multiple occasions and is thorough, explaining the work he’s doing, what he finds, and recommendations for repairs and/or upgrades.

Although we weren’t able to solve the problem during his visit, Patrick was very helpful in explaining the issue and course of action needed.

Patrick is polite and very informed. He shows concern and makes recommendations to address anything that could be problematic or preventative for future issues with our furnace.

Technician responded quickly on a holiday and we scheduled for a repair the next day. He was commutative and friendly through out the repair process as well as a problem solver when faced with a change. Pricing was more than fair!
