Our BAS maintenance contracts cover the full scope of ongoing system care. We provide scheduled preventive maintenance, remote monitoring and fault detection, alarm management and prioritization, sensor calibration, controller health checks, firmware and software updates, database and code backups, and cybersecurity maintenance including credential management and patch deployment.

Remote monitoring gives us continuous visibility into your system’s operation. We detect sensor failures, communication faults, equipment alarms, and control sequence anomalies before they become comfort complaints or energy waste. When an issue is identified, our team can often resolve it remotely through the BAS interface, without dispatching a technician to the site.

For issues that require on-site service, our maintenance contracts include guaranteed response windows, dedicated support contacts, and priority scheduling. You know who to call, you know when they’ll arrive, and you know they understand your system because they’re the same team that installed, programmed, and maintains it.

We also deliver periodic performance reporting that documents system health, energy trends, alarm activity, and maintenance completed. These reports keep facility teams and building owners informed about system condition and provide documented evidence of proactive maintenance for insurance, compliance, and capital planning purposes.
