The technician was very professional. I had annual service on my AC, furnace and water heater. The tech reviewed findings with me and discussed options. He gave honest feedback even when the answer was probably not worth it considering the expected life of my water heater. That showed they are a company you can trust. He also found an issue with my propane water heater that was a potential safety concern and I was able to get that resolved.
