The technician Patrick Boyle showed up on time, check over other contractors work to make sure it was right, install the new part continued to make sure everything was correct before adding the refrigerant. Our furnace decided to give us a problem and stop working on one of the coldest days of the year!!! I frantically called/left messages with numerous HVAC companies who either couldn’t help us because we weren’t regular customers or couldn’t get to us for at least two days!
