Patrick was very professional in his time at my house. Went over my system to troubleshoot the issues I was having with my ac unit. Gave me a great description of what happened and options to repair. He also found an issue with my propane water heater that was a potential safety concern and I was able to get that resolved. It was still under warranty from our plumber so with Patrick find he was able to solve the issue. It was lucky I made the call to Dual Temp for Service.

Our furnace decided to give us a problem and stop working on one of the coldest days of the year!!! I frantically called/left messages with numerous HVAC companies who either couldn’t help us because we weren’t regular customers or couldn’t get to us for at least two days! Our technician David returned my call, got info he needed to see if he could help and got back to me immediately to say he had the part and could be here in 30 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. Our furnace was repaired quickly and kicking out heat again. Price was also much lower than others for emergency call. We are very pleased and highly recommend.

The technician was very professional. I had annual service on my AC, furnace and water heater. The tech reviewed findings with me and discussed options. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Dual Temp. After several issues with our AC over the last several months it was determined that it was time to start looking for a new system. I called on a Friday morning to request a quote. They were able to have someone come out the same day. Joe was great. He was very nice and answered my husband’s questions as well as address a concern we had with air flow to our bedroom due to a smashed piece of ductwork that’s been that way apparently since the house was built. I had an estimate in my email around 5 PM that same evening. We were provided with 3 options in the quote. Sort of a good, better, best option. We had a few additional questions which I emailed Joe about and he was very quick and responsive to my questions. After getting one other quote from another company we decided to go with Dual Temp. After only 2 weeks from the initial quote our new system was installed this week. Patrick and David were the technicians that came to install and they were just as amazing to work with. They were polite, knowledgeable and explained the system and new thermostat very well. I am not one to typically write reviews but I do read them while doing my research. I can only suggest that you give them a chance at addressing your needs. Thanks again for the great service. I look forward to the same great service in the future for routine maintenance as needed.
