He also found an issue with my propane water heater that was a potential safety concern and I was able to get that resolved. Our furnace decided to give us a problem and stop working on one of the coldest days of the year!!! I frantically called/left messages with numerous HVAC companies who either couldn’t help us because we weren’t regular customers or couldn’t get to us for at least two days!
